I had an excellent experience dealing with Desyne! Not knowing exactly what I was doing, I ordered the wrong size rod to start with. The reps were very kind helping me chose exactly why I needed and expediting shipment of the new order! The rods arrived in perfect condition and are of great quality!
Very sturdy and has strong magnet on brackets. I use it for my van camper sliding door to hold the bug curtain.
I called the Desyne store because I could not find the part I needed online. I spoke with Atiya and she was very helpful. I sent here a e-mail with a photo of the part I needed and she took it from there. About a week later I was able to complete the new curtain rod installation for my wife.

This magnetic curtain rod was a perf-ect solution for our new front door. I bought a couple of magnetic posts that serve well to tie the curtain back during the daytime.

Ryan Redwine was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through retying my drapery cord. He instructed me how to detach the rod and rethread the cord, sent me a video and photos. I hadn't installed the rod, so it was all new to me. He's going to send me a replacement specialized screw so I can do a final adjustment. I couldn't have done it without his help, and I appreciate his patience and dedication
we had difficulty understanding all the directions for installation of our traverse rod. we were able to successfully hang all components but needed some guidance on string adjustments because there were several different instuctions on ways this was to be done and pictures were difficult to interpret. We called and spoke to Ryan who was extremely patient and helpful in helping us to complete this last adjustment and is sending us a replacement part that was accidently broken while trying to make adjustments. Thank-you very much Ryan.
I called in to get some assistance with adding additional sliders to my rod. I was totally stumped, but after speaking with Ryan Redwine in ABO window fashion, I was confident that I could add sliders. I’m very pleased with these-they easily screwed into the ends of the one inch rods-no issue with fit. Simple solution to hanging curtains on odd sized corner windows.
I’m really happy with these. They were fairly easy to hang. I needed 2 corner curtain rods for two odd sized windows. I wanted brushed nickel finish rods to hang 84 inch grommet topped panels. It was much easier to just buy the rods individually with the corner connectors than buying the full pre selected corner rod sets. These were a little pricey, but I think of them as an investment because they look really nice, everything fit correctly, and will hopefully get years of use.
