Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to assist in processing a return within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note: samples are not eligible for return. All shipping fees are excluded. Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging to be authorized for a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. Items valued over $200.00 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

In order to process a return, please do the following two things:

1.   Send the items back to the address below and make sure to include your original packing slip inside the return package (No refund will apply to packages returned without the original packing slip, which we can provide beforehand if misplaced).
2.   Provide us the Return Tracking Number and Order number by filling out our “Contact Us” form. 

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item in good condition. *original shipping fee is non-refundable.
