Ryan Redwine was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through retying my drapery cord. He instructed me how to detach the rod and rethread the cord, sent me a video and photos. I hadn't installed the rod, so it was all new to me. He's going to send me a replacement specialized screw so I can do a final adjustment. I couldn't have done it without his help, and I appreciate his patience and dedication

we had difficulty understanding all the directions for installation of our traverse rod. we were able to successfully hang all components but needed some guidance on string adjustments because there were several different instuctions on ways this was to be done and pictures were difficult to interpret. We called and spoke to Ryan who was extremely patient and helpful in helping us to complete this last adjustment and is sending us a replacement part that was accidently broken while trying to make adjustments. Thank-you very much Ryan.

I called in to get some assistance with adding additional sliders to my rod. I was totally stumped, but after speaking with Ryan Redwine in ABO window fashion, I was confident that I could add sliders. He was extremely patient and thorough….even sent me a photo to help with install. Great customer service!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
